Tachi Palace Casino Resort executives and the Santa Rosa Rancheria Tachi-Yokut Tribal Council recently announced the development of Palace Hospitality, an enterprise offering consulting, development, and management services to tribal nations.
“Palace Hospitality was created out of years of successful development, management, and negotiations, and the desire to help other tribal entities benefit from our first-hand experience,” said Michael Olujic, General Manager of Tachi Palace Casino Resort and principal of Palace Hospitality. “We have a working business model that creates revenue, builds positive community relationships, and a management philosophy that is effective and respected. We are looking forward to helping other entities whether it’s build from the ground up or refresh their internal and external relations.”
Services offered by this new enterprise include development negotiations, strategic planning, expansion forecasting, resort development, community relations, operations, employee management, marketing and outreach, and technology implementation, among others.
Unlike other consulting services in this arena, Palace Hospitality’s goal is to help tribal nations become self-sufficient and successful without permanent incorporation into their business. Palace Hospitality also will include the opportunity for Tachi Palace to share its seasoned employees’ expertise and create additional job opportunities within the Tachi Palace Casino Resort infrastructure in other markets.
