In Jewel of the Dragon, a brand-new franchise from Light & Wonder, dive deep into hold-and-respin, “what you see is what you get” mechanics, and the three titles coming for Jewel of the Dragon all focus on it. Jewel of the Dragon – Red Phoenix®, Jewel of the Dragon – Valley of the Tiger™, and Jewel of the Dragon – A Thousand Warriors™ all use gems as their indicator of a player’s progress towards their hold-and-respin goal, while also acting as triggers for smaller bonuses themselves. When six gem triggers happen, the hold-and-respin feature begins. Players begin with three free spins trying to collect additional gems. Each new gem resets the free spin counter to three again.
