CABAZON, CA – A diverse selection of wines and thematic pairings with gourmet cuisine have earned a Wine Spectator award for Cielo, the AAA Four-Diamond restaurant at the Morongo Casino Resort & Spa.
For the ninth year, Cielo has been recognized with an Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator. The national honor recognizes restaurants offering excellent wine lists and menu selections that pair outstanding wines with distinctive fare.

Cielo offers a carefully selected wine list that features boutique vintners from Napa Valley to the Pacific coasts of North and South America and Australia. Notable vintners on the list include Jordan, Freemark Abbey, Opus One, Silver Oak, and Caymus, among others.
