WAYLAND, MI – Brant Coulter has joined Gun Lake Casino as Director of Food & Beverage.
Coulter’s experience in the gaming and hospitality industry includes FireKeepers Casino Hotel where he served as the Executive Chef and Director of Culinary Operations, overseeing a team of 350 professionals and ensuring food quality and service. His leadership resulted in the success of Nibi, the casino’s prestigious Four-Diamond award-winning fine dining restaurant. Coulter also held various positions at Four Winds Casino Resort – New Buffalo, MI, including F&B Property Director and F&B Director for Hard Rock Café Operations.
