MILWAUKEE, WI – Dominic Ortiz, CEO of Potawatomi Casino Hotel, has been named BizTimes 2023 CEO of the Year. The award was included as part of the publication’s annual Best in Business recognition, which spotlights newsmakers and companies shaping the direction of the region.
“We are recognizing Dominic as the driving force behind the ongoing $190 million effort to upgrade and modernize Potawatomi’s casino offerings and his commitment to raising Milwaukee’s profile as a premier entertainment destination,” the publication wrote. The Milwaukee Business Journal also highlighted Ortiz as one of the top executives of the year.
