TULSA, OK – Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa has opened Carvers on 19, its newest dining experience, located on the 19th floor in the former McGill’s restaurant location. Carvers on 19 offers a newly renovated and redesigned aesthetic reflecting Tulsa’s historic Art Deco architecture while retaining the acclaimed menu. The restaurant’s opening promises guests a newly refined and elevated dining experience in an upscale setting.
“We are continually striving to elevate and enrich the guest experience,” said Martin Madewell, General Manager of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa. “Carvers provides an elegant atmosphere reminiscent of 1920s luxury while maintaining its beloved menu selections, and we are excited for guests to enjoy it.”
The restaurant’s rebrand to Carvers on 19 accompanies the newly renovated space, speaking to its tradition of tender, flavorful steaks cooked to perfection. Retaining the same, award-winning menu, the restaurant continues to feature the fan-favorite chilled seafood tower and its sumptuous selection of prime cuts of steaks. It also continues to offer chef selections such as smoked chicken, lobster and king salmon, along with its extensive selection of beverages and expansive wine offerings.
“Our menu has become synonymous with Tulsa’s culinary landscape,” said Chef Daniel Wade. “We are delighted to continue serving our guests their favorite dishes in an exquisitely renovated environment.”
The restaurant’s warm and rich aesthetic features are complemented by Art Deco accents, a nod to Tulsa’s architectural history set against its panoramic views. The remodel project, which began in March, was designed by WorthGroup Architects & Designers, based in Denver, CO, and was completed by Tulsa-based Candor Building Solutions.
