COARSEGOLD, CA – Nativos at Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino has been recognized by OpenTable as a 2024 Diners’ Choice winner, noting it as one of the best restaurants in the Central Valley.

The Diners’ Choice winners are determined by feedback from diners who booked their reservation through OpenTable, an online restaurant review and reservation site. The recognition highlights the dining experience at Nativos, celebrated for its authentic Italian cuisine amidst vistas of the Sierra Foothills and Lily Mountain Terrain.

Nativos offers a relaxed ambiance, vibrant bar scene and alfresco dining on the terrace, where guests can enjoy signature cocktails such as the Italian margarita and strawberry basil smash, along with a variety of boutique wines by the glass. The menu showcases Italian culinary artistry, blending tradition with contemporary finesse. Guests can enjoy starters such as meatballs made with a blend of veal, pork and beef topped with marinara and parmesan; and the patatine al funghi featuring breaded portabella mushroom with crab fonduta. Main courses highlight fresh California seafood, including shrimp scampi and linguine alle vongole veraci, as well as signature dishes like pappardelle bolognese, lasagna, chicken marsala and chicken parmesan.

Additionally, Nativos offers an elegant Sunday brunch with a fresh seafood bar, specialty breakfast stations and a carving table with elevated selections like herb roasted prime rib and provolone-stuffed Italian sausage.
