Proper & Plume Cocktail Lounge features its signature cocktails such as Summer Dreamin’ – a tangy mixture of Crown Royal Peach, honey syrup, lemon juice, ginger bitters and iced tea; and Spiced Strawberry Buck, which is a sweet and sour blend of Captain Morgan spiced rum, lime juice, Liquid Alchemist strawberry syrup, aromatic bitters and ginger beer. It also features classic and modern offerings such as the Very Pink Cosmopolitan and Smokey Tequila Sunrise.
TWLV Kitchen & Bar is a modern twist on a classic hen’s dozen. Highlighted by fresh, local ingredients and farm-to-table delicacies, the cuisine captures the diverse flavors of the region. Artful cocktails, local taps, and carefully selected Northern California wines offer unique pairings.
