ONAMIA, MN – Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures (MLCV) has announced the addition of Jaycob Robinson as VP of Business and Economic Development and the promotion of Dustin Goslin as Chief Talent Officer.
As Chief Talent Officer, Goslin will expand MLCV’s capacity to ignite innovation and accelerate careers across the enterprise. He will focus on building the next generation of business leaders through experiential learning, expanded networks, and real-world application.
“Mille Lacs has been my home for over 11 years, and I am deeply grateful for the trust the organization and community have put in me to tackle and lead important investments,” said Goslin. “Indian leaders are humble and often blend in with the collective; we believe one grows into such leadership positions through respect, and by having a certain wisdom of how things work. I aspire to be a leader people respect, a good listener, and authentic interactions. I see a bright future in our people and am honored to earn a spot leading this work.”
As VP of Business and Economic Development, Robinson will build on MLCV’s progress in establishing a thriving ecosystem for business investment in the local region. He will drive community-driven workforce projects, revitalize MLCV-owned assets, and enhance funding efforts to support the Mille Lacs tribal economy.
“I am eager to build on our momentum and further strengthen the ecosystem for business investment in our region,” said Robinson.
“Dustin has been instrumental in enhancing our workforce competitiveness,” said Joe Nayquonabe, CEO of MLCV. “His successful leadership of projects like the childcare facility and workforce housing initiatives demonstrates his dedication to our workforce, partners, and community. I am confident that his commitment will have a positive impact on our associates and organizational culture.”
“Similarly, Jaycob’s strong background in entrepreneurship, tribal business operations, and business development makes him a valuable addition to our team,” said Nayquonabe. “His impressive track record, including his role as Chief Development Officer at Red Lake, Inc., and his contributions to business development at 4-Directions Development, clearly demonstrates his capabilities and dedication.”
