LEMOORE, CA – Tachi Palace Casino Resort has announced the relaunch of the Coyote Grille & Whiskey Den, an upscale seafood and steakhouse restaurant, offering guests a gourmet dining experience. Under the culinary direction of Chef Cesar, who brings his talents from the Las Vegas Strip, guests will enjoy an elevated menu featuring 1-lb. lobster tails, tomahawk steaks, made-from-scratch soups, the chef’s own signature dish and Chef Cesar’s Cioppino.
On Fridays, guests can partake in an indulgent seafood buffet highlighting lobster tails, hot and cold crab legs, and a variety of shellfish. In addition to seafood, the buffet will also feature carving stations serving premium cuts of meat.
The restaurant’s rebranding as the Coyote Grille & Whiskey Den brings equally sophisticated beverage offerings, such as an extensive selection of more than 150 whiskeys, including some of the most heavily allocated bourbons, finest scotches, Japanese whiskeys, and rare tequilas, along with acclaimed wines from Napa Valley. For an added touch, guests can request their whiskey to be smoked, providing both a visual spectacle and unique flavor profile.
“Our goal was to create a destination dining experience that blends gourmet cuisine with elevated beverage offerings,” said Jay Yates, Tachi Palace Casino Resort F&B Director. “We are confident guests will be thrilled with the transformation and we look forward to serving them an unforgettable meal.”
