Turning Stone Wins Multiple Forbes Awards

Turning Stone Resort Casino

VERONA, NY – Forbes Travel Guide has awarded Turning Stone Resort Casino with four of its Four-Star Awards for 2025. The Lodge, Skʌ:nʌ́: Spa, TS Steakhouse and Wildflowers were recognized among this year’s Four-Star Award winners.

Forbes Travel Guide awards its Four- and Five-Star ratings to only the most exceptional properties that maintain the most rigorous standards for service and amenities, evaluating destinations in 90 countries throughout the Americas, Europe, the Asia-Pacific region, Africa and the Middle East. In 2024, just 54 hotels, restaurants and spas in New York State achieved this prestigious designation. While a wide range of evolving criteria are evaluated by Forbes Travel Guide for its Star Awards, standards for service account for 70 percent of each rating.

“We are honored to see The Lodge, Skʌ:nʌ́: Spa, TS Steakhouse and Wildflowers earn Four-Star Awards from the illustrious Forbes Travel Guide,” said Oneida Indian Nation Representative and Turning Stone Enterprises CEO Ray Halbritter. “These awards are a testament to our team’s passion for best-in-class service and our commitment to continuous reinvestment in Turning Stone and all of our enterprises to offer guests the unparalleled level of amenities and experiences that have made us Upstate New York’s most award-winning destination.”

Turning Stone Resort Casino is currently undergoing a $370 million expansion. The Oneida Indian Nation’s largest reinvestment into the resort in two decades, this expansion will double Turning Stone’s existing conference and event facilities with the new Grand Expo, introduce new lodging options with The Crescent Hotel and offer guests a new fine dining destination, Salt Seafood & Raw Bar. Along with these new venues, the Turning Stone expansion will create a new parking garage, outdoor event spaces and other amenities and experiences across the resort.
