WORLEY, ID – Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel has installed Aescape, an AI-powered, fully automated massage experience at its Spa Ssakwa’q’n.
The first of its kind in the Pacific Northwest, Aescape offers a personalized and private alternative to traditional massages. The Aescape system combines advanced AI technology with a human-centric design to deliver customized massages. Using a precise body scan, Aescape allows guests to select the areas they want massaged, the duration, pressure level, and other preferences, ensuring a consistent and accessible experience tailored to their needs.

Spas using Aescape have seen a significant increase in monthly massage bookings and revenue, with customer satisfaction averaging around 90%. Spa Ssakwa’q’n will offer bookings beginning in February.
