BENZONIA, MI – The Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa & Chippewa Indians announced that the grand opening of the new Crystal Shores Casino in Benzonia, MI, has been postponed due to inclement weather.
The official grand opening celebration and ribbon-cutting ceremony will now take place on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at noon. In advance of the celebration, Crystal Shores Casino is now open Wednesday through Sunday, from 9:00am to midnight each week. The new casino promises to be an exciting addition to the Benzonia area, offering a state-of-the-art, 2,794 sq. ft. gaming floor, on-site dining, and an integrated Grand Rewards program.
