CLEVELAND, OH – KeyBanc Capital Markets, the corporate and investment banking arm of KeyCorp, has appointed David Lamb to Managing Director of Native American Financial Services. Lamb is responsible for tribal nations corporate banking, focused on existing Native American client coverage and business development across the Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast regions of the country. Lamb is based in Tulsa, OK, and reports to Ben Reckhemmer, head of Native American Financial Services.
Lamb has more than 20 years of corporate banking experience serving Native American tribes. He has held senior positions for Midwest regional banks serving tribal nations banking clients throughout the lower 48 states. Prior to banking, Lamb spent nearly a decade as a manager in public accounting, corporate finance and CFO roles, for both private and public companies.
“David is a natural fit for this role given his experience in serving tribal nations across the country,” said Reckhemmer. “His understanding of this segment and its challenges and opportunities ideally positions him to grow our business.”
Lamb has been a CPA for more than 30 years and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has also served in various community leadership positions over the years, including serving on the boards of Special Olympics of Oklahoma, Salvation Army West Mabee Center, and Volunteers of America.
