WYANDOTTE, OK – The Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma (ESTO) has announced an expansion of the shooting and training complex, Shawnee Skies, with the addition of an 8,000 sq ft. event center.
“This expansion underscores our unwavering dedication to fostering a dynamic and inclusive environment where individuals can engage in recreational pursuits, celebrate special occasions, and serve as a premier destination for leadership and corporate events,” said Justin Barrett, ESTO Treasurer.
The event center will include a spacious indoor facility to accommodate large gatherings of 250+ people; climate controlled event space with covered outdoor seating and gathering area; advanced audio-visual capabilities for presentations and entertainment; customizable seating arrangements to suit varying event needs; and a dedicated catering prep and staging area.
“In addition to corporate, personal, and family gatherings, this event center will be the center of attention for future state and national level sporting clay competitions,” said Tim Botts, Shawnee Skies General Manager. “These events are supported and sanctioned by the National Sporting Clays Association (NSCA), which includes the NSCA Oklahoma Sporting Clays State Championship on June 20th to 23rd, 2024.”
