LAS VEGAS, NV – Konami Gaming has announced the appointment of Eric Schultz to Vice President of Studio Operations to lead overall game development spanning software development, art design, sound design, math design, and project management.
Schultz’s extensive experience includes more than 20 years in casino games engineering. In his new role, Schultz will be responsible for the leadership and direction of Konami’s overall game development operations, including new product development, future product enhancements, and existing product lifecycle support.
Schultz first joined Konami in 2004 as Software Engineer, and advanced to Game Software Development Manager in 2006, Director of Game Software Engineering in 2011, and Senior Director of Game Software Engineering in 2014. Schultz’s professional background includes the leadership and development of a variety of technical applications including medical, transportation, and enterprise software specialties.
