MASHANTUCKET, CT – Guests visiting a new Great Wolf Lodge opening in Mashantucket this May will discover a wealth of family activities at the property’s 92,000 sq. ft. indoor water park. The Great Wolf Lodge Mashantucket will also offer Great Wolf Adventure Park, a 61,000 sq. ft. family entertainment center offering an array of attractions.
Guests will enter the Great Wolf Adventure Park through the Grand Lobby by walking under a canopy of mossy branches and lights. The whimsical portal into the adventure park is one of many immersive experiences, several of which are new and exclusive to the Great Wolf Lodge coming to Mashantucket.
In the adventure park, families will have the opportunity to visit the world of Vellara through the resort’s MagiQuest adventure game and an all-new virtual reality experience. Guests can also explore areas found in the Spirit Water Forest, home of the Great Wolf Lodge characters, including an interactive gem-finding adventure based off Oliver Racoon’s passion for rock collecting.

The 549-room Great Wolf Lodge Mashantucket represents a $300 million investment by Blackstone and Centerbridge Partners and is expected to create more than 500 new local jobs. The resort is part of a partnership agreement with the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation and is located on 13 acres adjacent to the Foxwoods Resort Casino. Great Wolf Lodge Mashantucket will be the company’s 23rd resort in North America and third resort in the Northeastern U.S.
