WAYLAND, MI – Gun Lake Casino (GLC) has named Ronaldo Pascual its Director of Hotel Operations. Pascual has a distinguished 20-year career managing Forbes Four-Star / AAA Four-Diamond rated hotel casino resort operations. His experience includes seven hotel openings at land-based, riverboat, and tribal casinos.
Pascual received a Certified Hotel Administrator designation from the American Hotel & Lodging Association and a General Manager Certification from Hilton Hotels. He served as an adjunct professor of hospitality at Columbia College in California. Pascual has managed both gaming and non-gaming properties with oversight of hotels with over 900 rooms.
Pascual’s experience in Indian Country includes working for tribal gaming properties in California, Alabama, Louisiana, and most recently, Pennsylvania. He has been a part of many non-profit organizations, serving as a board member for various chambers of commerce and visitors’ bureaus.

The Director of Hotel Operations was established to prepare for the Phase 5 expansion, slated to open in 2025, with a 252-room Four-Diamond, 15-story hotel tower including a spa and meeting space. The hotel resort will showcase a 32,000 sq. ft. entertainment dome boasting year-round, 80-degree weather with three separate indoor swimming pools.
