WAYLAND, MI – Gun Lake Casino (GLC) has announced the addition of Steve Peterson as Director of Food & Beverage Operations. Peterson’s work spans 25 years in Forbes, AAA, and Michelin-rated hotels, casinos, and restaurants. His career includes over 50 hotels and 130 restaurant openings across the U.S. and worldwide.
Peterson brings a dynamic industry background and experience with a range of companies. He has helped create F&B concepts and consumer experiences in collaboration with top industry names, including Joel Robuchon, Tom Colicchio, Masaharu Morimoto and Gordon Ramsay.
Peterson’s background and experience also lends to the casino’s Phase 5 expansion as they look to create new, unique F&B experiences for guests.
