With over 17 years of experience in both preconstruction and field operations, she drives business growth through a visionary and strategic approach. Verrips is a LEED Accredited Professional and ENR Top 20 under 40 awardee. Before joining TPBC, Verrips served as Vice President of Webcor in California overseeing preconstruction and estimating statewide.
