UNCASVILLE, CT – Mohegan Sun has partnered with A.T.Y Hospitality that brings Sift Bake Shop and A.T.Y Bar & Bonbons to the property this upcoming spring.
Located in the Winter Entrance, Sift Bake Shop at Mohegan Sun, a family-owned French-inspired bakery, will be the brand’s fourth in New England. Sift Bake Shop specializes in scratch-made signature desserts, artisanal breads, pastries and macarons. All items are made in-house daily celebrating fresh ingredients and modern techniques, with a nod to the traditional foundations of classic pastry. The establishment, owned and operated by Pastry Chef Adam Young, delivers high-quality, delicious food in a warm and welcoming environment.
Sift Bake Shop at Mohegan Sun will launch in tandem with A.T.Y Bar & Bonbons presented by Grey Goose, a boutique cocktail bar.
