FARMINGTON, NM – The Cedar Bow Restaurant and Bar at Northern Edge Navajo Casino has announced the arrival of a new brick pizza oven, bringing a fusion of flavor and tradition to guests. The culinary addition delivers hot pizza with a unique brick oven taste.
Each hand-crafted pizza is made with premium ingredients, including sauce from family farm-raised Stanislaus tomatoes and rich, buttery Grande mozzarella, renowned for its consistency. Guests can enjoy classic options such as cheese or pepperoni pizza, available at the bar, or the restaurant menu features eight signature creations. Highlights include the Navajo pizza, topped with lamb and green chilies, and the carni pizza, loaded with hot capocollo, spicy Calabria salume, and prosciutto.
Cedar Bow Bar also offers 20 optional toppings to create a custom pizza. In addition to pizzas, Cedar Bow also presents fire-roasted flatbreads, featuring toppings such as green chile with BBQ pulled pork or pesto with sun-dried tomatoes.
