YUMA, AZ – The Quechan Indian Tribe has officially revealed new expansion plans for Paradise Casino. Remodeling will begin with the exterior of the casino, giving the building a new and modern look. Plans to continue renovations for the interior will include expanding the casino floor to allow for more slots, additional table games, an expanded gift shop and additional restrooms.
In December of last year, Paradise Casino opened the first sportsbook and betting lounge in Yuma County. The Paradise Sportsbook was designed to provide a Las Vegas experience right in Yuma with the best in live sporting events.
Along with the sportsbook expansion was the unveiling of the newly renovated gaming space including Las Vegas-style table games such as blackjack, craps and roulette. The Quechan Indian Tribe looks to further the expansion with additional attractions making Paradise Casino a one-stop gaming destination. The project is estimated to be completed by the end of the year.
“Paradise Casino recently celebrated 25 years with the introduction of Las Vegas-style table games and Yuma’s only sportsbook,” said Charles B. Montague Sr., CEO of Quechan Casino Resort. “Now we are remodeling to expand our offerings and amenities as well as completing a full exterior remodel which will result in a unique and vibrant new look.”
