FUNNER, CA – Harrah’s Resort Southern California has appointed Ryan Adams to the position of Director of Restaurant Operations across all concepts at the resort. In this new role, Adams will be responsible for managing the resort’s day-to-day operations for the food and beverage division; overseeing chefs, service staff, and back-of-house teams; and ensuring positive guest experiences across all restaurants.

A Southern California native, Adams has extensive experience in the hospitality, food & beverage and casino industries and brings a wealth of knowledge to his new position. Prior to this appointment, Adams served as Senior Stage Manager at Disneyland, the Multi-Unit Operations Manager for Soboba Casino Resort, and the Director of Beverage at Pechanga Resort Casino.
