Snoqualmie Casino recently appointed Snoqualmie Tribe member, Alan Applebee as Director of Facilities and Projects. Alan is the second Snoqualmie Tribe member to earn a senior executive level position at Snoqualmie Casino.
Alan has been an instrumental part of Snoqualmie Casino’s facility operations since the beginning. Knowing his 25-year career in construction would be a valuable asset during the planning and building process, Alan moved from his home in Oregon to join the Snoqualmie Casino construction team in 2005, serving as the general foreman on the construction of the parking garage. Alan reflects on that time fondly, “I remember standing in front of the casino we had just built with so much pride. It was the most beautiful project I had ever worked on and I knew I wanted to stay on board to help manage it.”
During his 15-year tenure with Snoqualmie Casino, Alan has led various aspects of facility operations through a diverse set of managerial roles. “Alan’s hard work and contributions to the property make him uniquely qualified to lead our Snoqualmie Casino facilities team. Between Alan and Harold Ellebracht, our retiring director of facilities, there aren’t two more knowledgeable individuals who know every inch of the property,” said Snoqualmie Casino Interim President and CEO Stanford Le. “We look forward to Alan’s leadership of the facilities department into Snoqualmie Casino’s next period of growth.”
