LINCOLN, CA – Thunder Valley Casino Resort recently hosted a topping out ceremony to celebrate the completion of steel framing for The Venue at Thunder Valley, the property’s new 150,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art entertainment venue.
“Our topping out ceremony marks a momentous milestone for the United Auburn Indian Community and Thunder Valley Casino Resort as we celebrate the completion of the steel framing for The Venue at Thunder Valley,” said Dawn Clayton, General Manager of Thunder Valley. “Over the next several months, the steel frame will transform into The Venue at Thunder Valley and allow us to expand our entertainment footprint as we continue to provide unparalleled entertainment experiences for our guests.”
Once completed, The Venue at Thunder Valley will feature 4,500 seats and host musical acts, comedic performances, and sporting events, and will provide large event space for conferences and banquets. The Venue’s facilities have been designed with a vision that is both modern and sophisticated and will offer multi-level spaces and amenities, abundant concessions offering food, beer, and wine, and cutting edge sound and video systems.

Members of the United Auburn Indian Community Tribal Council, Thunder Valley Executives and local elected officials, chambers and community groups were in attendance at the topping out ceremony. The Venue at Thunder Valley is anticipated to be completed in late 2022.
