COACHELLA, CA – Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians, in association with Assemblymember Eduardo Garcia of the 56th Assembly District, will provide Thanksgiving meals to Eastern Coachella Valley residents on Saturday, Nov. 19, beginning at 10:00am.
Thanksgiving dinner donations for 400 Eastern Coachella Valley families are to be distributed, which include turkey, traditional sides and dessert. An Additional 100 turkey meals will be donated to active-duty military at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms.
“It is our honor and privilege to help the most in need have the opportunity to share a meaningful Thanksgiving meal with loved ones,” said Chairman Darrell Mike of the Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians. “We look forward to seeing our community at Spotlight 29 and to wish them in person a happy holiday season. In addition, we will be donating an additional 100 meals to our active military families at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, who we so appreciate for their courage and service.”

The meals will be distributed on Saturday, Nov. 19, from 10:00am to 1:00pm in the Spotlight 29 Casino parking area at 46200 Harrison Place, Coachella, CA 92236.
