OLYMPIA, WA – The Washington State Gambling Commission (WSGC) has announced the addition of a new member of
its leadership team and the promotion of a long-time agency leader.
Chris Wilson has joined the WSGC as Deputy Director. Wilson joins WSGC after serving as the Senior Military Advisor to the Adjutant General, Alaska National Guard and the Commissioner, Alaska Department of Military and Veterans Affairs overseeing the readiness, effective utilization, professional growth, and welfare for military forces assigned in the State of Alaska.
Additionally, Gary Drumheller has been promoted to Assistant Director, overseeing the agency’s operational units including licensing, regulation, enforcement, tribal gaming, and the electronic gaming lab. Drumheller is a state certified public manager and has held numerous board positions within the community and several law enforcement organizations, most recently as a board member of the Washington Sheriff and Police Chief Association’s Accreditation Board.
